Sales Associate/Interior Designer
Engaging with customers to help fulfill their home furnishing needs
Maintaining knowledge of our products and custom options, as well as store policies
Entering sales and customer information into our Retail Software (STORIS)
Providing professional follow-up on orders and customers
2 years of interior design or furniture sales experience preferred
Assistant Retail Store Manager
Supervise the retail sales staff
Assist the general manager in Realizing and Exceeding staged goals and plans
Assist the general manager with Administrative duties
Drive sales by continuing training of product knowledge and customer service standards
Assist sales staff in areas of Sales and Interior Design
Assist with tracking monthly results and trends of individual sales staff
Resolve escalated customer inquiries
Furniture Delivery Personnel
Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
Load and unload vehicle
Collect on unpaid orders and shipments
Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials
Experience driving a 26' box truck
Clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy items and handle physical workload
Deadline-oriented
